MPC purchased the former Canon Copier manufacturing 6 building 350,000 sf campus in Costa Mesa, CA, from Canon USA in 2003. The complex was remediated and remodeled by MPC into individual, high image flex offices, with construction financing provided by Washington Mutual Bank.
