This midrise 60,000 square foot office building is conveniently located off the 805 freeway at Clairmont Mesa Blvd in San Diego, CA. It was purchased in 2008 as a class C building and then emptied out during the Great Recession of 2009-11. MPC invested $3 million and 2 years reimaging it (design by Gensler Architects) to class B+ office space after undergoing a 3 million dollar remodeling to the interior, the exterior facade and landscape. It was retenanted and fully leased when sold in 2017.
Construction financing was provided by Preferred Bank of Los Angeles.
