This 16 acre parcel included 240,000 sf of business /industrial parks with 110 tenants, next to Anaheim Stadium in Anaheim, CA. It was purchased in 1999 and operated as a business park. The land was rezoned and entitled for high rise condominiums as part of the Platinum Triangle Development and sold to Lennar Homes in 2005
