Arthur Erikson Architects designed a long elegant curved building culminating in a common area plaza topped with massive sails to uplift and shelter visitors. The tenant offerings appealed to locals and tourists alike with a mix of sportswear, rugged clothing and equipment, homewares, fashion, and food. Themed attractions and adventures were added to make it into a family destination including a bright red miniature train ferrying passengers around the entire property.
