Four restaurants on the I-5 at the Magic Mountain exit in Valencia, CA were purchased by MPC in 2005; Wendy’s, El Toritos, Red Lobster and Gameday Sports Bar. The restaurants have been sold between 2013 and 2017, while an adjacent strip of land was purchased in 2017 which is being developed into 3 retail pads. LOI is currently in place with Starbucks for a drive through location.
